Public art will be on display at several venues from September 26 to November 30, 2026. The participating artists include Seiji Matsumoto, Mameko Maeda, and Emu, each showcasing their work at a different location. Live painting sessions are scheduled to take place from September 26 to October 12, 2026. An artist talk is also planned for November 3, 2026.

The venues for the event are Hibiya Okuroji, Edo Noren, and 2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan. Admission to the event is free.
